She also loves educating patients on the importance of good dental care. When she’s not in the office, Allison enjoys disc golfing, hiking, and spending time with her husband, Chris.

With 15 years in dentistry and 13 years at our practice, Jessica is a tech-savvy team member. She trains her colleagues in neuromuscular dentistry and advanced dental technology, including cone beam imaging and 3D printing. Joe Dindo
Director, Operations / TMJ Therapy
After serving in the Canadian Armed Forces and advancing to Full Lieutenant, Joe earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia. In 1990, he relocated to Michigan, where he has played a pivotal role in managing the operations of Ban R. Barbat DDS. His remarkable contributions to the practice include designing and constructing the state-of-the-art facility you enjoy today.
Joe is passionate about the latest advancements in dental technology to elevate patient experience and satisfaction. He has earned over 240 hours of advanced training in TMJ disorders and treatment options, ensuring patients receive top-tier care. His expertise extends to integrating diagnostic technology and innovative treatment protocols for TMJ therapy. Additionally, his knowledge supports therapies for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and snoring, further enhancing patient care.
Joe is married to Dr. Ban Barbat and has two sons.
